In this episode, hear the key takeaways from Dr. Kevin Ching’s keynote address at IPSSW 2024 titled “Leave Your Title at the Door: Leveraging Experiential Learning in Interprofessional Simulation”.  

Dr. Ching is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medical College, as well as the Medical Director of the Weill Cornell Medicine New York-Presbyterian Simulation Center. He has developed a range of innovative educational programs, including BASE Camp, the SIM Olympics, the Interprofessional Transition-to-Residency experience, and numerous others, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
