Ira Molayo is the General Manager and Director of Golf at Cedar Crest Golf Course in Dallas, TX. Ira joined the podcast to discuss his love of golf, history of Cedar Crest, and inclusion within the game. In 2018, Ira founded the I AM a Golfer Foundation to help bring about community renewal in South Dallas through golf and golf-related programs at Cedar Crest. Ira is everything you look for in a PGA of America Professional. He is a leader in his community who uses his passion for golf to promote and mentor the next generation. In addition to numerous other awards and recognition, Ira was inducted into the African American Golf Hall of Fame in 2017.
