From Arsenal to Italia '90! Join us this week as Conor and Johnny look back on the career of one of Ireland's classiest ever defenders David O'Leary. Beginning his career in the mid-70s, O'Leary's career ran for twenty years, where he amassed over 700 appearances for Arsenal, over 60 caps for the Republic and was widely regarded as one of Europe's best defenders. Not all was happy however, we talk about O'Leary's three year exclusion from the Republic of Ireland in the 80s after a turmultous fall out with manager Jack Charlton. As we all know, O'Leary found redemption with THAT penalty in Italia '90. Join us as we discuss the man, the myth and the O'Leary!
