Who tells the story once we're all gone? Iris is the last person (she thinks) in Quadrant 5 living out what everyone thinks is the last days of humanity, trying to get in contact with anyone else still out there. Together, her and her A.I companion Egos will recant the stories of the community that used to exist as the world collapses around them.

In the pilot episode, Iris finds a recorder as communications between Quadrant 5 are still down with the rest of the world.
