Welcome to the HQF podcast where tough times make good stories. On todays episode we talk to Iris Pessey a seasoned endurance athlete who grew up in the French Alps with her Twin brother. Growing up here allowed her to pick up, cross country skiing, from a young age which ultimately lead to lots of competition including the artic circle race which we discuss at length.
