Gerard Butler is Irelands leading social dance instructor. He has travelled the world teaching hundreds of people on land and on sea. Gerard holds nine All Ireland titles for different styles of dance. He is tour manager for Nathan Carter, father to eight children and a loving husband to Ciara. It was very evident during our show the love that he has for dancing, his children, his wife and his parents from whom he received his love of music and dance. Social dancing is massive in many counties throughout Ireland, it is a culture that attracts all ages, forms many friendships, is amazing for our physical and mental well-being and a culture that I believe will be carried on for many years.
