The panel explored the fast-evolving regulatory landscape of digital assets, offering expert insights into cryptocurrency Issuance and investment services under MiCA, the impact of indirect investment rules on ETFs and derivatives, and tokenisation and atomic settlement.  

The session also examined fiscal treatment frameworks, discussed the emergence of digital asset identifiers and provided timely updates on the US Genius Act and the UK’s stablecoin regime.
