Hello, Coven! Today I'm going to be talking about St. Patrick's Day and how it affects Irish Pagans and Irish Witches. Daddy Paddy was kind of a jerk... just saying! I'll also be sharing some alternatives to St. Patrick's Day if you don't want to honor the Patron Saint of Ireland and how you can explore your Irish ancestry and show some Irish pride!

This week's recipe is for Colcannon, an Irish side dish that's basically the baby of mashed potatoes and coleslaw in the best way possible (plus there's bacon!), courtesy of BBC Good Food!
