With the release of Iron Lung, the newest film from Markiplier, it became clear that great horror movies can still be made on low budgets and with minimal settings. This film didn’t just catch the attention of fans. It showed audiences and Hollywood alike that creativity still wins.

Indie films are the ones pushing real change in horror, and they’re doing it for the better.
