in this special episode Flo and I are talking about our race day at the IRONMAN 70.3 Venice-Jesolo event last Sunday (10/09/22).

we participated in the same race but experienced two very different moods and results. this was the first half-distance IRONMAN we competed in so everything felt new for us. two rookies being confronted with triathlon logistics, race rules and nutrition for the first time. this is the most personal podcast episode so far with first hand race emotions and why we got addicted to this sport.
