Smurf & Smurfette are endurance sport athletes based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. It is Ironman Cairns race week, which means for the Smurf & Smurfette Podcast, a week full of podcast episodes with special guests and lots of great advice from local Cairns athletes.

Today we talk to Megan Hendry, a highly successful age group triathlete local to the Cairns hinterland. Megan has finished Ironman Cairns twice and Cairns 70.3 three times. In these five races on the Cairns course, Megan has not finished lower than 4th in her age group! We talk with Megan about;
