I was lying awake a few nights ago with an irrational fear. I kept trying to move it out of my head—but it kept nagging at me. The fear had no basis at all, but my mind just couldn’t keep it away. Finally, I thankfully fell asleep. The next morning I realized how ridiculous the fears were that gripped me and kept me from falling asleep.

I don’t know what fears are running through your head right now. Whatever fear it is, I am going to bet it’s irrational. There’s nothing I can say to stop it, other than to say you are loved, you are valid and you matter! Sending my love to you today and every day!
