April is Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Awareness Month and as a Nutritionist who LOVES digestion and hormones I had to bring some awareness to this condition.
I find that many clients I see have had this condition for years, meaning they are at a point where they are super inflammed, reacting to food, have skin conditions or allergies.
If we can bring more awareness to this condition then maybe those with IBS won't have to suffer for so long without treatment that can actually improve their quality of life
