And in today's world, with Pakistani society turning a blind eye to both widely, specifically mental health, I talk about my experiences with Mental Health and Autism to try and educate and help others.

In this episode; I analyse the conversation that occurred between the Prophet Muhammad PBUH and a man in the jungle: saying that we should tie our camel down and then put our faith in Allah SWT. I relate this to wider society and how culture has cut off the rope that ties our camels down.
