Good morning, everyone. I'm running on Mt. Doug today, heading up Irvine Trail, trying to stay in Zone 2 for this workout. I lost my favorite sunglasses last week, likely during a bike ride before my trip to Toronto, and I didn’t bring any water, so today’s run will be less than an hour.
