Specifically, Washington Post investigative journalist Carol Leonnig has reported some of the precise questions federal prosecutors have been asking witnesses in the grand jury about the statements, conduct and behavior of Donald Trump. But a debate has arisen about whether the DOJ has or has not "opened a grand jury investigation on Donald Trump." That question is more semantics than substance.
