If one looks at Abbott's new border-security policy, which includes creating chaos at the ports of entry, not to mention the loss of fruits, vegetables, higher prices, and less revenue, one has to ask the question:  Has anyone checked on the governor's mental condition of late? Seriously. What he's doing makes no sense.
