You study dynamics of complex systems, but say Africa's problem is Tribalism (not complex system) and set Africa up for failure.
Talking about WHY Africa needs better PROTOCOLS in order to thrive. When a communication transfers from two different types of systems, the communication needs a special (and consistent) protocol in order to complete the transmission of clear communication. Africa is a group of different systems. We are trying to relate to each other with a common protocol, but we need different protocols to govern the conversion of energy between different systems.
