The use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the workplace is becoming more and more common. It’s everywhere and in everything. As businesses adopt advancing technologies, they may have the right intentions: to improve efficiency and inclusion. However, there are heightened concerns that AI may actually be having a detrimental impact, especially in regard to DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion).

Vicki Krajewski is a digital product designer, former teacher, and writer who wants to help change our current trajectory towards online division and addiction. She worked in educational publishing through the switch from stuffing CD-ROMs into the backs of giant textbooks through the clumsy concoction of the first ‘eBooks’ and online learning applications, and has since then helped build digital learning practices for companies big and small around the world. Talking Talent is proud to have her as the Executive Director of Talking Talent Online since 2017.
