There is a doctor in the valley that, in his medical opinion, said that it is irresponsible for people to be attending sporting events and festivals. What is our personal responsibility when attending these events? Boise State University announced that at tomorrow's game it will require all students to show proof of vaccination, a negative COVID test, or proof of the first shot.
