7/19/23 - On last week's edition of Wonder and Awe Wednesday on The Simple Truth, we covered Our Lady of Beauraing, an apparition that occurred in Belgium. But did you know that about 50 miles from Beauraing, in a town called Banneux-Notre Dame, another Marian apparition took place? Our Lady was said to have appeared to 11 year old Mariette Beco eight times. Among Mary's messages is one that is simple but firm: "Believe in me and I will believe in you." Today we'll take a look at Our Lady of Banneux, which has since been approved by the Vatican.
