The TomTom Index's latest global survey showed Bengalurus' traffic speeds to be the second slowest in the world after London.

The recent Karnataka budget chose to address this by allocating funds for junction upgrades and new elevated corridors. But there are big issues both about the State's plans and the TomTom survey itself.
