“Blood is thicker than water” is bullsxxt. For some people, family can not be trusted, family can be toxic, and members can be manipulative and hurtful. The perfect family doesn’t exist. It is not always easy to have strong relationships with family members. I got family who ain’t blood and I got blood who ain’t family only the real will understand.
