Is changing how we live our lives difficult. The short answer is No it is not. People only change when they want to and not because others want them to. Change is something that starts to show once some healing has started to take place. The dynamics of how these stages take place is all down to where our Mental Well-being is at that stage in our lives. Forced change can have serious detrimental affects on our Well-being. We can't change our character or personality but what we can do is make improvements which are beneficial to our lives. Changes can be made for improvement of your happiness, that is down to the choices you make. Changes can be made for a more positive life, that is again down to the choices you make.
