Hello all! This video started as a curiosity after reading a couple of Reddit posts from individuals who found ChatGPT to be a helpful therapeutic tool (either as an alternative to therapy or in combination with it.)
I thought it would be interesting to test how ChatGPT responds to several different types of therapy-like questions or situations in this very informal "experiment". (Of note, I am neither a therapist nor a GPT, so this is very much a layperson's opinion!).
