Recently, we've seen the high profile suicides committed by Regina King's son, Ian Alexander, Jr., pageant winner and TV-show host Cheslie Kryst and most recently, the young woman a who jumped overboard on the Carnival Valor cruise ship.  And this doesn't even include the countless other suicides and attempts made by black and brown people everyday that don't make the news.

Why is this happening?  What things can push a person to feel as if the world is better without them?  Friend of the show, Necole Martinez stops by to answer that question.  Necole is founder and CEO of House of Still, Inc., a DC-area based therapy and wellness center.
