I've been toying with the idea of slowing down on my rapidly building tolerance to booze. I like alcohol and I like being buzzed. It takes the edge off and is a way to celebrate 🎉 but what about when you're on a vicious cycle of waking up every Monday morning trying to recover from the weekend? What about the late night munchies from being so drunk that you stuff your face with ALL the food! Been there, ate that!! For me, drinking had more control over me than I had over it and I was finding myself making excuses for why it was acceptable for me to drink during the week. This podcast is what and why I put a pause on the tap and decided to regain control of my life. This in no way means you are a bad person if you choose to drink a little or a lot. I'm just choosing clarity of whiteclaws for a bit! ✌
