When I first started eating organic 10 years ago, I started to look into why buying organic was even necessary. As the years have gone on, I've only taken my dive deeper and woah! the history behind the need for organic food is nuts.

Today I dive into some of the history around glyphosate and the organic eating movement. I also share a few thoughts for where to start- and why it matters for our kids.
