You've all heard it....FEAR False Evidence Appearing Real...BUT I call BS on that

Fear is REAL....what's not real is what we THINK will happen

One of the best pieces of advice I've given (yep tooting my own horn here) is to write down ALL the possible outcomes of that fear AND then write down exactly what you would do if THAT actually happened....

Now you know exactly how to handle the outcome and you can embrace the fear and RUN FORWARD. Also let's be real, those outcomes rarely come true!
