Tomas Baert, Head of Trade and Agriculture at the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, gave the keynote address at the Transatlantic Policy Symposium, the annual graduate student conference of the BMW Center. He analyzed transatlantic trade relations, and the negotiations ahead with the United States.
