Are you doing things in your business just for the sake of doing it? Because it's always been done that way?
There are many, many things in hotel rooms, for example, that are there because they've always been there. But I never use them.
Why not put things in hotel rooms that people actually use or save the money from worthless things to upgrade the rooms or lower the room rates?
Think about whether the things that you do and the things that you are offering are actually useful for your team or your customers. If they're not, consider rethinking your strategies and processes so that you aren't doing things just because history said so.
