This episode is based off of a blog inspired by the conditioning of black children through negative talk. It took me down the memory lane of the difference between being in a class full of black children and a class fall of ESL foreigners. One of the most influential times of my life.

This podcast cater to black women first and foremost, but is not limited too African American women. It highlights the daily hardships, discrimination, misunderstanding, dehumanization, low vibrational and psychological damage that comes along with the lifestyle and social construct of being a black woman in America, while also highlighting how we still rise, overcome, manage and heal from our traumas and abuse. This podcast takes you inside of the mind of a young American dark skinned woman, and follows her journey of self awareness as she also guide and lead others to their own freedom.
