In a #scrum team, we're always looking toward continuous improvement in every aspect of the team.  

From the #scrummaster to the #productowner and #developmentteam.  

In theory, the longer the team work together, the better the opportunity we have for achieving an environment where collaboration, creativity and productivity combine to produce excellence.  

But, sometimes, teams can stagnate.  

Sometimes, teams can reach a point where they feel like there is nothing new to learn and nothing more that can be achieved.  In some cases, we might even end up with groupthink.  

A condition where everybody thinks the same things and imagines that the first answer that appears is the best answer to the problem or opportunity.  In these circumstances, it can be useful to shake things up a bit and swap scrum masters with different teams.
