Is it a good sign that I was invited back to redo an interview step in a tech stack I knew better?
One of my Twitch followers didn't do well in a pair-programming exercise in a tech stack that they didn't know very well. The company reached out and asked them to redo that interview step in a tech stack that the candidate knew much better. This is a REALLY good signal from the company, and really fantastic that they extended this invitation!
