Is it difficult to acknowledge your feelings?

You guys ever had a realization that you’re about to be flooded emotions and at first you don’t know the feeling but after you recognize what the feeling is you don’t accept it? 

It’s like you don’t want to believe you can felt that way or be made feel that way so you kinda reject it or don’t accept it? 


What feelings are difficult for you to accept or acknowledge? 


I know for me it’s jealously. That’s one emotion I avoid and hate feeling. I would deny it up and down and never tell anyone they made me feel that way. To me jealously made me feel less than or that I was not enough because I’m being jealous of another person.  

I needed to realize feeling through your emotion is healthy and needed. If you don’t ever feel this emotion then I don’t think you feel strongly about anything if that makes sense? 

Jealousy has shown me that i can feel strongly about something and know that if it makes me feel this way I actually care and want to do better! 


So again guys I ask you What feelings are difficult for you to accept or acknowledge?
