One of the things I hear the most (from non-vegans) is that veganism 'is too expensive'. Is it really? In this episode I break down what I think about vegan food being too expensive, and what we can do to save money and live/thrive on a vegan diet without spending as much money as you would as a non-vegan! It is CHEAPER to be vegan in my honest opinion than a non-vegan.
