There's a crisis in Eliza's life: her beloved, expensive high heels have become crippling.

That's because she's developed a problem with the ball of her right foot, which is exacerbated by wearing this type of shoe.

So she really needs to retire the heels and invest in some flats. But that process is easier said than done.
