Zara & Melinda talk to Scott Hallsworth, Pan-Asian Chef, Ex Nobu London Head Chef, author, restaurateur and owner of Freak Scene, Parsons Green.  Hear how Scott, thanks to his Mother, started cooking with a Chinese chef, made his way from Australia to London, fell in love with the Nobu style and never looked back. Scott opened Freak Scene in Fulham on Parsons Green Lane in 2023.
