Ep 3 Understand what’s the best thermostat temperature setting for your relationship. It’s different for each couple. This will take some adjusting of the thermostat to find the most comfortable temperature in your relationship.  Once it’s set you must work to keep the temperature within the range of your comfort. Doing so will make for a stronger and healthy relationship. Pay attention and recognize if you are having to adjust too often. if you’re finding that you are always needing to turn up the heat. Then check to see where the leak or draft is coming from.
