I have worked with so many people who are older and in the closet. What's more, most of these people are in current long-term relationships. I would also say that most of them ask me if they are being selfish for having the desire or even need to come out of the closet this late in life. So, today, I want to simply offer my opinion on this subject.
I also want to say that this is one of the most difficult decisions for most of the people and most, regardless of which way they go, suffer a ton of stress about it. It's not an easy place to be.
