Shutterstock Dear Liz, I am a devoted reader of your columns. I tend to doubt myself, and reading your advice has helped a lot. Now I’m wondering what to do about the fact that my career is stalled. I’ve been in my job for two and a half years. The first six months was a steep learning curve,but after that the the learning stopped. The organization is slow and stodgy, but they are making money. Our department has hired two people this year.
