This paper was presented at the 30th AAHKS Annual Meeting and was awarded the Lawrence D. Dorr Surgical Techniques & Technologies Award. The discussion in this episode covers the combination of large heads and small acetabular components in total hip arthroplasty and the risk of early and long-term implant failure.
