Infidelity, bankruptcy, the sale of a business, a lawsuit AND turning 50 ... That's just a few of the things my guest, Davina Frederick, has had to go through in the past 12 years.

She's gone through several transitions including two marriages, one divorce and three career changes. Today, she's the successful owner of D. Frederick Media and Marketing and her goal is to help solo professionals, service-based business owners and entrepreneurs grow their businesses and achieve success.

In sharing her story, her desire is to encourage other women to fully embrace who they are, confront their fears and settle for nothing less that what they really, truly want out of their careers and their lives.
