It is so HARD!!! Something I've been hearing about a lot lately. It's hard to stay consistent. It's hard to begin. It's hard to listen. It's hard to sit in meditation. It's hard to do something for myself. The list goes on and on and on. Know that whatever your "HARD" is, it's only hard because you are allowing that though to stay in your mind even if it doesn't serve you.
