We ask the question "Should JWR stay in caucus and was she right to record her conversations with the former clerk?”.

Port Moody City Council is facing an unprecedented situation after its mayor Rob Vagramov was charged with sexual assault. What are the options for a council when a mayor is charged, or convicted of a crime? Is the city stuck with the Mayor or can he be ousted?
