The first Translink Mayors Council was held yesterday, where Doug McCallum’s Skytrain plan was voted upon. Mayors opted to suspend work on the LRT project - but haven’t officially cancelled it in favour of Skytrain.  But Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart says despite the language, LRT in Surrey is done.
