Another Monday another episode! 

If you tuned into last weeks episode you would know that I have moved houses!! This new house is an amazing place but unfortunately it potentially could have came with ghosts/spirits... and that's exactly what I discuss in this episode! 

Plus I also talk about RUOK Day which is a day I hold very close to my heart. Mental health and checking in with yourself, friends and family is so important. Always remember that you are so loved and if any of you need to talk my Dm's are always open.
