Today’s Discovery Question: How do you envision your team being structured? A) The Best of The Best. I want to work with industry leaders who have the experience to turn me into the artist I want to be. My team needs big credits and influence in my area of the industry. B) Shared Values. I want to find industry professionals who have clear values of their own that will not only align with my career goals but my life goals as well. C) Family Vibes. I want my team to be comprised of people close to me. Industry professionals who were there from the beginning and friends and family who supported me. I want everyone to feel like we're all in this together.
Task Of The Day: Practice The Pivot
Don't get caught with your foot in your mouth. Take the time to practice adjusting the answer to one question to move you back towards the main talking points you hope to convey in any given conversation about your music and art, whether that's an interview or casual small talk at a networking event. Stay on topic.
Inspiration: You are far more interesting than you give yourself credit for. Your story has depth, that depth is important, you are more than just one personality trait.
