What if instead we focused on setting boundaries, being clear and open with expectations, and compensated people accordingly for their time and effort instead of expecting more and more and more?

Instead, people would feel safe enough to share what's getting in the way of their wellbeing, or when workload is too much, and leaders and managers would be open to reflecting and creating change.
