While Dawkins does not believe in the Christian faith, he recognizes the value of Christianity in terms of its civilizational and aesthetic effects. Russell Moore seems to think that this is a bad thing, but Owen thinks that while there may be dangers to a sort of "cultural Christianity", it's a sign of something more significant happening.
